Quality control

We test all AAVs for:

• High titer (> 5 X 10¹² GC/ml) by ddPCR.
• Minimal endotoxin (< 5 endotoxin units/mL;, Limulus Amebocyte Lysate (LAL) test)
• AAV genome sequence confirmation.
• High purity observed by silver staining of viral sample after SDS- gel electrophoresis.
